In the early days of online recruitment sites in Britain, we launched TotalJobs.com with a unique and compelling strategy: Maybe you're cut out for something better.

​

Launching in Television and Transit, we united the entire campaign under the single line "Feel like you're in the wrong job?"

​

It leveraged everyone's dream to be better and more successful than they currently were, and propelled TotalJobs to the top spot among online recruitment sites.

​

It even worked for their Christmas Card.
