Vale Mining
Recruitment Campaign
Vale Canada was having difficulty recruiting miners, losing qualified candidates to the bigger paycheques that come with "fly-in, fly-out" mining camps in the oil patch. But they could offer miners the chance to live and work in a real city - like Sudbury, Ontario or Thompson, Manitoba - where they could still be close to their families and hobbies.

This campaign was developed to appear in airports and along highways where travelling miners would pass, on their way to their multi-week stints in the oil camps.
